The F.A.C.E. the Challenge methodology used by global corporations — SAP SE, Deutsche Telekom, Schwarz Gruppe — and us at FACE the Service, is based on the experience of our co-founder Wladimir Klitschko.
His approach to challenges — as a World Champion and Challenge Master — has become the foundation of the management system we apply in real business.
During his career, Dr. Wladimir Klitschko became not only a world champion, but also a master of challenges. Systematically and constantly solving tasks, he was able to win title after title.
Working closely with his team, he developed the F.A.C.E. the Challenge method, which is based on his 30 years of experience in sports competitions. This is the key to overcoming difficulties both in an entrepreneurial and personal context.
While I was a professional athlete, I was starting initiatives, founding companies, doing research and training. Maintaining a constant dialogue with partners, I have often observed that managers can identify their problems, but do not always dare to solve them.
This inspired me to systematically analyze my approach as an athlete to solving challenges and problems and take it into the realm of business and everyday life.
